Mushrooms that contain psilocybin, which is a psychedelic that contains the substances psilocin and psilocybin, and may include other psychoactive tryptamines, are considered to be active mushrooms. If you are using dried mushrooms, then 1 gram will usually produce the lightheaded feeling described above. If you are not feeling anything after about 90 minutes, then you can take another gram but this tends to produce a medium effect. Some people will take up to 2 grams at one time in order to produce heavier and quicker results and still others take up to 5 grams but this can have very bad results. If you are using fresh mushrooms you would just multiply the dose by 10, thus 10 grams of fresh would produce the light effects.
