It is almost certain that everyone out there loves a bit of junk food so what are the negatives and what are the postives of it all?
Negatives
I am only starting with these first cause they are the ones that have to be written down.
Thats An End For Energy
This is really the best negative out there because it is only short term and if you stop munching on all of that junk food it will pass. The reason this happens is because junk food does not actually give us the nutrients we need which means we start to feel weakened.
Concentration- A Lack Of
This is something else that can be short term but can actually lead onto long term too. It is actually the oil within the junk food that makes you tired and unable to concentrate. Vital oxygen is not passing through your bloodstream can have a temporary effect on the brain cells.
The Awful Heart Disease
This certainly seems to be the one that the big companies look into the most. This is used in almost every anti-junk food campaign simply because it can kill. What happens is plaque forms within the arteries which then makes the heart work a lot faster than it usually would so the blood coming in is a lot lower.
Positives
These are very hard to find indeed and the only plus side to eating a lot of junk food is that it tastes a hell of a lot better than a salad! By the looks of things there are more negative than there are positives. Junk food has been linked to depression in that it can raise your mood for a while, not sure if that is a good thing or not.
Junk food is fine in moderation so why not get something in, my personal favourite is to go to my favourite Indian restaurant.
