Ways To Add Blueberries To Your Diet

The optimum benefits are reached by eating one to two cups of fresh or frozen blueberries daily.

  • Try using blueberries as a savory dish also, pairing blueberries with pork or chicken. Fresh or cooked sauces made with blueberries taste wonderful, plus they are great when used in fruit salsas.
